Transparency

I often wonder, what is my City Council person actually doing? I watch the meetings and see that resolutions get passed and I assume that work is being done behind the scenes. But the public doesn't get to see that work.

One of Council's current priorities is increasing their social media presence. I will definitely share every single important thing that I am doing for the City on social media. I will send out frequent newsletters and keep you all up to date on what is going on.

The Council tries very hard to make the public feel like they are involved in decision making, but in the end they still seem to go with whatever choice they feel is best. It's very frustrating. If I ever vote in a way that is unexpected, please believe I will fully explain why.
